We agree that we put a lot of effort into encouraging our team’s wellbeing and on our Wellbeing Centre, we’ve given team members access to even more tools and resources since the start of the pandemic. We also allow flexibility around working hours, which has been particularly helpful for team members and their families lately. This does mean that meetings may be scheduled at different hours, to accommodate for the changes, but if you have any concerns regarding the time of your meetings, please speak to your manager. It is critical that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
