- employees matter and are looked after - nice culture overall, with folks continuing for decade plus tenures - stable environment

Cons

- most products have flat or declining (though profitable) revenues - too many acquisitions have led to internal mishmash, which is taking time to stabilize

This does mean some of our products are more mature, but we also have highly innovative new products. We appreciate that there’s been a lot of rapid growth and change recently, but plans are in place and we’re moving forward towards stabilisation.
