      I have been working with Micro1 for less than a year and got a chance to work with clients based in US and UK. The hiring was seamless.. 1 GPT Based interview - which was something new and amazing experience and then 1 technical interview.. It was smooth. I now have been working full time with a client based in US and is working during my time. Micro1 enabled me to work in cutting edge technology, be it web3 or financial applications.. The team at micro1 is also something to be applaud since everyone including the founder who are really easy to talk to, takes great care of their developers with a weekly check once you are working with client.

      Pros

      came across Micro1 while exploring opportunities in the AI/data space, and I was impressed by how streamlined the application and vetting process was. The AI interview stood out in particular challenging but fair, and it felt tailored to assess real-world problem-solving, not just academic theory. It was clear that Micro1 values precision, clarity, and depth, especially in annotation and AI training work. After successfully completing the evaluation, I was placed in a project that fits my skills well and pushes me to grow every day. Since joining, I’ve had the chance to contribute to high-impact LLM training tasks and collaborate with top-tier professionals globally. The feedback culture is strong, expectations are clear, and I’ve genuinely felt like a valuable part of a larger mission.       Decent pay rate for trainers.

      Cons

      Extremely no formal process to onboard people to introduce to the ins and outs of the company. They expect to just simply know. Reaching out is another different challenge cause you’d probably have to text the entire company before you can get a response. There aren’t any meetings so you’re not aware of the status of the project and you have to decode silence of activity as the status of the project.
