      - Best in the market pay. - Opportunity to work with clients overseas remotely, and be a part of their ecosystem. - Best in class projects. - Timely pay

      Cons

      - need to work according to US timezone. - can’t enjoy social life as you would work mostly at nights. - permanent WFH due to which you miss office atmosphere and don’t feel like you’re a part of company. It sometimes feels depressing
