      It's great that you get to demonstrate your hard & soft skills through the 'Test Phase' after the interview stage. Your pay gets reviewed every month and potentially get a pay rise monthly.

      It's a Fully remote company and I tend to miss the physical office environment once in a while

      I've been working as a Webflow lead and project manager at micro1 for the past 1 year, and it's been a fantastic experience. Ali is a great leader and helps in boosting your overall performance and makes sure you work and learn, and always provides new opportunities to explore. The micro1 team is amazing and helpful. They're always ready to answer any questions, doubts, or concerns. All game nights and team meetings are also fun. I love working with them!
