      Pros

      Work whenever you want, good pay, and always on time. I have worked for more than 6 months, and every time the pay comes constantly and without hassle. Excluding some official US holidays it is always on time. Great work environment and communication. It feels like your opinion is heard while working. I feel like my opinion matters here.

      Strict guidelines to follow but if you are good at receiving feedback its great actually.

      Rewarding, great communication, good sense of community. You’re treated like a valued member of a team. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced. Timezone issues and communication breakdown can stall productivity. WLB is not ideal.
