The only good might be the remote work, but basically, aside from eating and sleeping, don't expect to step away from your laptop.
Cons
Extremely micromanaged environment with very little transparency from top to bottom, super arbitrary decisions, communication was tightly controlled, and it was difficult to understand how promotions actually determined. The culture often felt like a "bro's club" where access and influence seemed to depend more on relationships than merit. It was also hard to develop skills that would transfer to future roles because most of the work revolved around navigating internal processes rather than building meaningful expertise. There was an expectation to be online and available 24/7. The overall environment felt restrictive and draining.
