      The micro1 team is hands down the most dedicated team I've ever worked with. Every single person excels at their position, and this makes sense since building an AI Recruiting agent to find top talent means you will find top talent for the company building it.       working remotely means i blur the lines of work and life, but that comes with any remote work! i do not mind since i show up for the team each day.

      Very fast-paced. Timezone issues and communication breakdown can stall productivity. WLB is not ideal.
