Micrologic is committed to operating with integrity, professionalism, and respect for our employees. Assertions regarding favoritism, a lack of diversity, disregard for employee concerns, or alleged illegal activity are simply not reflective of our organization or our values. We maintain an open-door policy and encourage employees to raise concerns directly with management or Human Resources, where they are taken seriously and addressed appropriately. We also offer a remote work and a flex time schedule, We are proud of the diverse team we have built and the many employees who have developed successful careers with Micrologic. While we respect every individual's right to share their experience, we believe this review does not accurately represent our workplace, culture, or leadership.
