      Pros

      Work environment is generally very calm. Most managers below HR/CEO work together and efficiently.

      Cons

      HR/company will fire you at a moment's notice for no reason. (Fired 2 weeks before benefits kicked in for "poor performance", but no conversation was ever had about performance by any manager) Wireless signals in building poor quality. Some miscommunication between departments.

      Chaotic, Unprofessional Telenovela

      Opportunity to work on interesting projects

      Cons

      Very disorganized. There are no real structures despite growing very rapidly. People get fired all the time. You can get written up for untrue things. Managers and the owners are not professional or respectful. Be prepared to be yelled at in a disrespectful tone. Not collaborative. Some people are nice but the decision makers are toxic and cultivate a very negative work environment. Backstabbers are rewarded. Hardly any in-house developers; most developers are based in India. not competitive compensation, no remote option, 10 days of leave, very high deductible insurance. Would not recommend unless you're desperate.

      Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, during your time of employment at Micrologic these such incidents were not reported to Human Resources, if so, corrective action would have been taken. We do not tolerate this type of treatment towards employees and it would not have been taken lightly to say the least.       Okay when in the field, awful in the office.

      Lots of overtime in the field and good compensation for travel expenses.

      Office work is heavily micromanaged and mostly bespoke knowledge.
