Pros

The frontline team is incredible. Brilliant colleagues who actually recognize hard work and show respect to one another.

Cons

Volatile leadership, lack of transparency, and zero job security. My Experience - I was abruptly let go on a Monday afternoon due to a vague "business decision." I was completely blindsided, and my access to all systems was cut off immediately while I was actively working. The sheer disconnect in management at Micrologic is staggering. The Friday before, I was receiving public shout-outs from my colleagues for my contributions, actively putting out fires and solving critical issues for the team, and explicitly told by my Director that I was a "valued team member." Leadership changes constantly at this company, and with that comes a total lack of direction and stability. As an employee, you are constantly lied to about your standing and the state of the business. You can give 100%, do everything right, be praised by your direct manager, and still be escorted out the door the next business day without an actual explanation.

Thank you for your feedback. While we respect that former employees may have their own perspectives, we disagree with several characterizations presented in this review. Micrologic makes business and employment decisions thoughtfully and based on the needs of the organization. We recognize that not every decision will be viewed favorably by those impacted, but we remain committed to treating employees with professionalism, respect, and consistency. We are proud of the talented team we have built and the collaborative culture that many of our employees experience every day. We sincerely wish you success in your future endeavors.

Pros

Pay shows up on time, and a few coworkers keep their heads down.

Cons

Let me save you the headache right now. The job you're promised isn't what you end up doing, and that switch alone brings nonstop anxiety. Schedules depend on favoritism, so making plans outside work is a gamble. Some coworkers say seriously creepy things and management does nothing about it. There's heavy pressure to put the company above your personal life, which is unsettling. No remote work, no respect for diversity, and the owner makes promises that fall apart later. Beware, a lot of what goes on here crosses into straight up Crime territory.

While we understand that former employees may have different perspectives, we strongly disagree with the claims and characterizations made in this review. Micrologic is committed to operating with integrity, professionalism, and respect for our employees. Assertions regarding favoritism, a lack of diversity, disregard for employee concerns, or alleged illegal activity are simply not reflective of our organization or our values. We maintain an open-door policy and encourage employees to raise concerns directly with management or Human Resources, where they are taken seriously and addressed appropriately. We also offer a remote work and a flex time schedule, We are proud of the diverse team we have built and the many employees who have developed successful careers with Micrologic. While we respect every individual's right to share their experience, we believe this review does not accurately represent our workplace, culture, or leadership.

Pros

Great colleagues, decent pay, and benefits are solid.

Cons

The leadership structure is unorganized, leading to a culture of constant overwork and bandaid solutions for longstanding customer issues. There is a significant lack of role clarity; Tier 1 employees are routinely expected to resolve Tier 3 technical issues without the appropriate support or compensation. The General Department, in particular, lacks structure and long term job security. I would advise caution to anyone looking to build a stable career here, as the environment is more about daily firefighting than professional growth

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing your colleagues, compensation, and benefits. While we respect your perspective, we do not fully agree with the characterization of our organization. As a growing company, we continuously evaluate our processes, team structures, and communication to better support both our employees and customers. Regarding Human Resources, decisions are made in partnership with department leaders and executive management, balancing operational needs, employee experience, compliance, and long-term business objectives. While not every decision will be universally agreed upon, they are made thoughtfully and with the broader organization in mind.
