Pros

Great colleagues, decent pay, and benefits are solid.

Cons

The leadership structure is unorganized, leading to a culture of constant overwork and bandaid solutions for longstanding customer issues. There is a significant lack of role clarity; Tier 1 employees are routinely expected to resolve Tier 3 technical issues without the appropriate support or compensation. The General Department, in particular, lacks structure and long term job security. I would advise caution to anyone looking to build a stable career here, as the environment is more about daily firefighting than professional growth

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing your colleagues, compensation, and benefits. While we respect your perspective, we do not fully agree with the characterization of our organization. As a growing company, we continuously evaluate our processes, team structures, and communication to better support both our employees and customers. Regarding Human Resources, decisions are made in partnership with department leaders and executive management, balancing operational needs, employee experience, compliance, and long-term business objectives. While not every decision will be universally agreed upon, they are made thoughtfully and with the broader organization in mind.

Pros

The job taught me how to handle difficult situations.

Cons

If you like paying out of pocket to do your job, this place has you covered. Using my own car nonstop drained my paycheck fast, and the lack of reimbursement was just unethical. I logged thousands of miles, asked about a company vehicle, and was let go instead. The pay stays low, the bonus is awful, and management attitudes make it clear employee concerns are ignored. Nepotism is obvious, owners play favorites, and anyone outside that circle struggles to last. Ultimately, the stress, money loss, and blatant disregard make it clear this job takes far more than it ever gives back. On top of everything else, the environment is just draining. Rules change all the time, policies are applied randomly, and asking questions usually just earns you a cold shoulder or hostility. Trying to keep up with expectations that don't make sense is exhausting, and the pressure to prove loyalty over actually doing good work is constant. It feels like you're running in circles, while the owners only reward the people who kiss up the most.

Pros

They let you shift to another department if your not happy in your current role. It doesn't make such of a difference, as their fundamentals are faulty.

Cons

Planning was a joke for the arrogant leadership. These awful people didn't bother to create a structure or streamline the processes. It meant things were ridiculously chaotic, and each day seemed like a challenge. There wasn't much hope for the future, as those at the top didn't want to change and kept avoiding the issues.
