Work environment is enjoyable Workload comes and goes in waves which allows for in-house projects to be completed and not feel overburdened Opportunities to transfer to other departments if you don't feel like your current position is a good fit
Cons
Compensation can be improved to meet industry and area standards Internal processes seem to be optional, stricter structure is needed to improve interdepartmental workflow Reactive to situations, not proactive. Changes are implemented on the fly without giving time to plan accordingly
