      Pros

      I've had the privilege of working at Micrologic in the Training Department, and it has been an outstanding experience. Micrologic provides a perfect balance of autonomy and opportunities for personal and professional growth. As a self-driven individual, I appreciate the freedom to excel in my own way, and the recognition and support from top-level management are truly motivating. They make you feel valued and appreciated for your contributions. The company culture is very friendly, and the people here are so great to work with. There is always someone to help you when you need it, and every month there is a fun event to look forward to. I'm fortunate to work with a team of positive, hardworking colleagues and an awesome boss. The work-life balance here is great, and the work-from-home day suits my needs perfectly.

      Cons

      While my experience at Micrologic has been overwhelmingly positive, it's challenging to identify any notable cons. The minor points I could mention are greatly overshadowed by the numerous pros and benefits of working here.

      Pros

      Micrologic has been a great place to work for the last 7 years. Company growth is rapid, so there are plenty of opportunities for growth. A brilliant visionary, Miguel Gonzalez has built the company into one of the industry's leaders. Would highly recommend working at Micrologic!

      Cons

      Managers kept proprietary knowledge to themselves to make themselves irreplaceable, would not share it, and would commit time theft. If I asked for their help they'd tell me to figure it out or they will smack me.

Unfortunately, during your time of employment at Micrologic these such incidents were not reported to Human Resources, if so, corrective action would have been taken. We do not tolerate this type of treatment towards employees and it would not have been taken lightly to say the least.
