      Pros

      Work environment is generally very calm. Most managers below HR/CEO work together and efficiently.

      Cons

      HR/company will fire you at a moment's notice for no reason. (Fired 2 weeks before benefits kicked in for "poor performance", but no conversation was ever had about performance by any manager) Wireless signals in building poor quality. Some miscommunication between departments.

      Good atmosphere and coworkers. Fast growing company with plenty of opportunity to grow with the company. Managers and supervisors are helpful

      Cons

      Fast pace, so it is not for everybody

      Some of the people were great.

      Cons

      Management was disorganized and there was a great amount of turnover.
