      HQ is much different than in the field

      Pros

      Training and HQ is pretty great. Corporate culture at HQ is fast paced but somewhat collegiate.

      Cons

      Field work is completely different. Everyone is out for them self and senior consultants exploit junior consultants for as long as they can.

      Solid opportunity to start a career in Business Intelligence if You accept the fact to work for ~20% less then other companies pay, exceptional work atmosphere

      Cons

      The education department is one big mess and it takes a lot of effort to properly learn a platform and its capabilities, the projects are assigned randomly

      You can really learn a lot. Good place to go after the university. You can gain international experience.

      Cons

      Promotions or the lack of them. Salary. You can be unlucky to be on the project where you do only boring things.
