Good for entry. Don't ever think about staying
Pros
They tend hire people with little commercial expirience so it's easier to start career here and learn thing or two :). WLB very very good here, no cruch. Working overtime is very very rare and ususally happens because you want to finish something or very rarely you are asked to attend some call that is 30m-60m out of the working hours. For a starter decent pay but it does not really increase (even for 3+ years employees) so run away as soon as you can land better job.
Cons
It's a good job to start but if you are at least a little smart, technologically savvy and you aim at something more ambitious in your future career don't ever think about staying here longer than 1-1.5 years because no other thing as stagnation and long term frustration awaits you. Stagnation and cost cutting + layoffs. No promotions and pay rise for long time. Legacy and strange tech - Learning stack that other employees value is a bit tricky here sometimes.
