Pros

Work life balance, flexible time, nice colleagues , good gym and fitness classes for free, parking is easy, near the Tyson mall

Cons

Now? A lot. Reorganization is a mess. Most people have new roles before new release. Gossip everyday , but no announcement for public.

Pros

Good software tool to work on, if you work as Beta Consultand, Tech support, QE, you will be able to find a higher salary position outside after 2-3 years Relatively flexible hours HQ close to Tysons mall - where shopping and entertaining is convenient

Cons

Lower salary - especially technology where most are immigrants young college graduates need H1b sponsorship
