Pros
1. People who works for 6+ years get 25 vacation days per year. All employees get 4 personal days per year since 2020. 2. The CEO is one of the most influential people on cryptocurrency in 2020. 3. The company owns 70000+ bitcoins. 4. Starting from 2021, employees get the benefit to be enrolled in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). 5. Employees are allowed to WFH full time during the pandemic. After the pandemic, employees only need to work in the office one day per week.
Cons
The salary is not as competitive as other companies even at the same area. Many people with good talent and skills left the company.
