Everything. This company has no vision, no goals, no strategy, no direction, the culture is terrible, a toxic blame culture driven by the CEO who is a rude, senseless bully who has zero emotional intelligence, surrounded by clueless yes-men as the so-called executive team who have been around forever, the few very good senior leaders that were hired recently have no chance to make any impact or change and are leaving one by one. Employees are either being fired in one of the frequent and totally chaotic re-organizations or are walking out voluntarily. This is an example of how to run a company into the ground in no time. If you are a shareholder: sell right now, if you are an employee: get another job quickly (many have already and anyone who is left is searching), if you are being approached to join the company: run as fast and as far as you can, this is the worst place to work at
