Pros

The people were very good to work with and the benefits were excellent. The products were interesting to work on and as a young engineer I learned a lot in a short period of time.

Cons

Although there were always new projects to work on, the R&D resources were limited and shared with other areas. Things did not happen as fast as they should have for this reason.
