      Pros

      Possibly the best WLB you can get. The company is very stable, no layoffs. Good health insurance

      Cons

      Pay is lower than their peers. Very slow career growth. Very bureaucratic and slow culture. They value time in the company more than skill and talent. If you're acquired forget all the pros, you will be treated like trash, start sending resumes. low 401K match

      Talented people (at the bottom), competitive benefits, location

      Cons

      Pay is lower than average on Glassdoor comparison curve. No bonuses, and pay decreased. Management has unrealistic expectations for volume of work and time frame allotted for completion of projects. The sheer volume of work required for the projects they take on could easily employ twice as many employees. If you survived the recent layoff, you’re rewarded with a heavier workload and decreased pay. No investment in professional development of junior employees and no celebration of senior employees’ loyalty.
