Pros
It was just a job that paid the bills until I decided that I wanted a position that was more interesting.
Cons
The manufacturing equipment is obsolete. Parts are hard to find and they do not like spending extra money for on-hand spare parts. Maintenance is highly reactive and wasteful, not to mention being needlessly stressful.
