      Stable, has huge money, established there name

      Cons

      Very less pay, company acts like govt entity and does not want to change with time. Process is old and management doesnot agree for changes. Attitude is "this is the way we did it, will do the same". No proper hike after you enter, Young and dynamic members should stay away from this company.
