Not a good place to work

Pros

Normally you won’t be expected to work more than 40hrs a week.

Cons

The pay is absolutely terrible. Management is quick to blame you for failure to complete tasks by target deadlines when you aren’t provided the tools you need to perform your job. They will always tell you that you need to get more done regardless of how much you accomplish. They like to play mind games like that. Microchip buys cheap equipment and cheap leadership.

Pros

Easy to gain experience in areas outside your area. Better corporate culture than some places, largely depends on your manager.

Cons

Excessively cost conscious. Poor local leadership at Gresham facility with an obsession for telling people how good their culture is. It doesn't matter how much you accomplish it's never enough.
