Pros
I loved working here, but then the fab closed. We were given 6 months notice, which was good. Shift culture was good, everyone felt like family.
Cons
The whole handling of the fab shutting down was bad. Employees that had been there for 25 years didnt get any extra compensation. Management already knew and had talked to the person that they wanted to promote, but they still opened it up for everyone to apply. Word got around, so it felt useless to even apply if it wasn’t you that they chose.
