-Low to average pay -little incentive to improve work place; new ideas met with "that is not how we do it here" -no cohesive business strategy; just a bunch of acquired pieces operating autonomously -

No raises, no bonuses (even thought that's supposed to be a perk), no capital for new tools or equipment. They feed you RSUs instead of raises and there's no way to move up in the company - dead end job.
