Layoffs are avoided if at all possible. There are numerous training opportunities and everyone who faces customers are trained extensively and practice a winning methodology. Bonuses are not commissions but rather are based on the company goals being met. Stock has been a good performer and a decent dividend payment and a 25+ year history of profitability.
