      Good salary , flexible hours, openness

      Cons

      (depends on the BU and supervisors, and this opinion only reflects my experience) No opportunities for career advancement Grew very fast with M&A's, but people integration was very poor. Let former long-time employees go as if they had no values...(but this is maybe general to all big companies)
