      the company have made profit for almost 21 years consecutively. it is run very well. no big lay-off, good job security.

      Cons

      microchip technology inc does not apply very new and advanced semiconductor technologies in its products quickly. it seems microchip technology inc does not like aggressive business policy

      This company provides for those who work hard and stay committed to the bottom line. Microchip offers stability and employee loyalty. Even though things are not always as shiny and advanced as other companies, the lower risks allows for steady growth and security during economic down turns.

      At times mangement is not practial with requests.
