      - Tendency to 'box' employees by a specific expertise - little opportunity to expand horizons - Run 'lean & mean' so everyone becomes critical (see prior comment) - Work sometimes not very challenging (repetition) - No true technical career ladder

      microchip needs to enter into processor world, now a days smart phone is booming trend so inorder to make a mark over there microchip needs to enter as quickly as possible

      1. Cool people to work with 2. Good communication from management 3. Respect for the employers 4. Work life balance can be easily maintained

      Cons

      1. The work is not that great , almost everything is "legacy" , as a senior design engineer, just doing design simulation is not that challenging. 2. In that respect fear of career , professional growth lingers on your head.
