      Profit oriented. Good financial track record. CEO is well respected. Still has some of the smaller company appeal.

      Cons

      Management is highly entrenched with 15+ years so little incentive to change. Not a strong technology company--is mainly run by product or manufacturing engineers. Company has struggled for growth. Benefits are less than other tech companies.

      Good working environment. Understanding management, provide the tools needed for the job and the support structure. Sensible management team eg. no layoffs during the economic downturn.

      Cons

      The benefits are not that great as compared to other companies. Less scope of promotion as the number of layers are less.
