Pros
Benefits are good, healthcare and discounts. Company tries to make improvements constantly and try to grow. CEO's do seem to have a moral principles and think about their employees.
Cons
Company tries to grow to fast in order to compete with other industries and sometimes it leads to bad decision making such as failed projects that result in losing money or having to lay people off. Pay for a normal operator kind of low for the job as well.
