I worked at Microexcel Inc. for almost 6 years and received support from the management for all these years. The HR department is very helpful in resolving your queries specially Himanshi Gupta HR Head usually the CEO of the company is too busy and didn't give time to the employees but I have good experience in this aspect as well as Nirmal the Head of the company always reply to you emails and phone calls if there is an urgent request. I recommend you work at this company

As a consultant you get to choose your career path and the management also helps acquire new skills to stay relevant in the ever changing market place. As an H1B employee, the Immigration team / process is rock solid and had absolutely no issues in that area. Good access to senior management to have all necessary discussions. Good benefits. Great support during bench period.

Have minor to no complaints in my experience.
