      Pros

      Microexcel is an excellent company who takes care of their employees.I have been working as Business Analyst for 10 years and I had all my problems and pain points, not matter how small,were looked into and talen care. Employees are well looked after, good management, overall a great place to work.

      Cons

      Limited carrer progression.As company is growing bigger,maybe discuss with employees and help provide path or ways to grow.

      Pros

      Its a great place to work, friendly environment. The benefits are good when compared to same size company and are comparable with any of the mid sized companies. Overall its a nice experience at MicroExcel.

      Cons

      Nothing very specific but there are some issues which are very common in company of this size.
