Company does not pay bench salary and does not give access to paystub for candidates on bench. So h1b holders face lot of issues.

There are many starting with the fluff that is on their website. Their primary focus is staffing (i.e., a body shop). They pull resumes off of the internet and try to place people. Microexcel offers a mediocre salary and poor benefits. Senior management is not good with what seem to be questionable business practices.
