This place is not the same Micron is was originally founded as. Typical silicon valley liberal tech ceo came in and turned the place into a workers hell hole.

The culture is terrible! Working from home is not an option (except during the pandemic) but space is so constrained I shared an 8' x 8' cubicle, as did most everyone. Working globally, I would work 8 hours on site, then have 1-2 long conference calls with ASIA 3-4 nights per week - the schedule was not sustainable long-term. Person who had this position previously didn't provide much guidance or information; merely told me they learned the job by 'stubbing toes' and I should expect that as well... very frustrating to be called out for missing something I didn't know was mine to do!
