      Pros

      Micron is on the forefront of technology so it’s always changing Opportunity for growth, just don’t expect to be compensated for your skill set and knowledge

      Cons

      You’ll be making way less than new hires. Even if you’re a higher level and with a compression, you’ll still be making about the same as new hires. Leadership roles included.

      Satisfies Everything But Growth

      Pros

      The pay and the benefits. 12 hour shifts, but you get 3 days off and 4 days off every other week. Very satisfying to have.

      Cons

      Some of the people you work with, depending on the department, can have an ornery attitude. Management will train you to do more with your skill set, but they won't align you into a position that can benefit from that. If you're a technician, take "learning development" opportunities with a grain of salt. You will learn, but you will also be expected to contribute beyond your normal capacity, and if you're eyeing an engineering role, they will likely hire someone else outside the company to fit that need as opposed to you, even though they say they won't.
