      Solid corporate values and a lot of good, smart hardworking people. Benefits are good, and the cafeteria is very good.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape and bureaucracy. Little regard for the value of collaborative work, and too much emphasis on unnecessary and excessive procedures.

      Pros

      Relaxed dress code and very friendly coworkers. Great place to learn new trades, explore semiconductor industry, and expat positions are always available. There is a gym and yoga room on site if you need to relax during lunch or after work. Coffee shop, cafeteria, and activity rooms (ping pong, mini basketball, Foosball) are also available to use during your breaks.

      Cons

      Lots of work, you may be asked to work weekends. Working late is necessary, sometimes it's the only time to do work after answering emails and meetings with team members in Asia start at 6 or 7. Some managers can be micromanaging, rude, and may overload you with work whether it's necessary or not. There are great managers that know what really needs to be done and make it a great place to work but it all depends where you end up.
