      Pros

      Low stress, good managers, reasonable work demands The employees are friendly and everyone gets along well. Good work-life balance (nearly no hours required outside normal schedule)

      Cons

      Because Mid-Continent is a smaller company, advancement potential is limited. Number of paid holidays is below average. Tasks are somewhat limited at times.

      There are a lot of new products under development and marketing keeps getting more business. Mid Continent offers a very active and exciting engineering experience. Very friendly, family-like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Tight schedules due to our desire to get new products to market.
