Some good and some bad.

Pros

Decent benefits, incentive for furthering your education and bonus for just doing your job correctly.

Cons

Fair pay, other utility company's pay better. Numbers. People are just a number and are micro managed by computers and GPS numbers. People were no longer treated like people where the skills they possessed best were taken advantage of. They were all expected to do the same things the same way at the same pace. And if you worked faster or better you were just then expected to do just that all the time as a lazy tech doing half the work in a day still gets paid the same.

Free Midco services Great benefits Employee and customer-focused Profit-sharing 401 K match Quarterly performance and attendance bonuses Opportunities for advancement Do your job and treat the customers the way you want to be treated and you will be successful.

Cons

Some customers can be challenging. If you are unable to genuinely care for customers, you will not be a good match for the culture.
