Great salary, Not to difficult of work, If you do a little studying and take some tests your hourly pay will skyrocket, benefits are as good as they get, great work culture, opportunities are endless if you want to evolve into different role

Cons

"On Call" is no fun but creates a great paycheck , working outside when it's cold

Benefits best of anywhere I have ever worked. Opportunities for development and growth are high. Great overall work culture. They actually put the customer experience first, which is often not the case with other companies I have worked for. They care about employees, and have tons of extra benefits - food (usually at least once a month, if not, then quarterly), paid holidays (without using PTO), incentives (sometimes dollar amounts, sometimes large item drawings like TVs, game systems, etc.). The work is hard at times, but the work place is awesome.

Cons

Sometimes communicating across departments can be difficult, although that is trying to be addressed with NPS.
