-Professional, amicable, Down-To-Earth co-workers -Casual dress in the IT department -Supportive managers who trust you to build and maintain apps with autonomy and little, if any, micro-managing -Collaborative, open work environment and office plan -Great job openings for brand new developers that will kick-start your career -Room to grow -Great salary, benefits package, and PTO

Cons

-In the IT department, there is a dearth of documentation on how applications work together, and how they work by themselves -Marketing often overrides or interrupts the agile development process
