Micromanagement- students rarely come into the physical offices outside of Macon, however they want you to sit in your office doing nothing for 9 hours straight & get upset if you choose to use your free time taking a walk or something to stay sane)
Pay (I was there for 6 months and my W2 says I made $11k lmao. You literally can't afford to live in the area & can barely afford the housing they offer)
Work is not stimulating (Great if you are pursuing a graduate degree or need your energy to raise a family. Other than that you will be bored out of your mind)
Work 9 hours a day.
Health insurance honestly is trashed compared to my last job (but I'm also from a blue state in the north so it may just be a red state thing)
