Coworkers are generally friendly and helpful; Work environment is positive; No discrimination; Gain great connections with peers; Often catered free food at events.

Cons

Lots of travel, although it is reimbursed for the most part; When part-time, there is no paid leave or paid holidays, so getting sick before and after Christmas break means you have almost a month with no pay.
