Pros

It is an awesome school. The professors and career advisors are very student oriented! They take very good care of you. Classmates are from all over the world, which means you do not have to go to the world, instead the world is coming to you!

Cons

The campus is too small, and there are only 500 students here. But everyone knows each other. So even the cons are not too bad

Pros

Even setting aside the surreal beauty that is Moneterey, the Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS) is a fantastic place to work. Everyone from the President down is professional, friendly and positive.

Cons

If I had to name one con (I had to think for a minute) it would be that many of the projects and programs are siloed. This causes a lack of knowledge and resource sharing.
