This program was a huge learning experience to be a part of. It was a lot of work, but it was amazing to watch the students learn.

Cons

In its first year, things were a little difficult but I assume procedures are now set in place that help the program run more smoothly.

Open environment, great package, wonderful people, amazing location, excellent facilities, great summer vibe and excellent opportunities to become exposed to various cultures

Cons

Cold winters, recent cost reductions, not much time for development or emphasis on growth. Long term staff rewarded far better than new staff.
