Pros

Overall people are nice to your face, feel like you’re helping people during a vulnerable time, can pay for lunch from cafeteria out of your paycheck

Cons

Low pay, training is subpar depending on department, very poor management styles by most department heads, supervisors claim they want everyone to get along but run the department like a sorority, my pay was fair but I know others who were compensated way less than what I was making

Pay and benefits for per diem employees almost non existent to other companies in the area. No ability to get raises for time/education given to the company.
