I LOVE my department! This is my second department in my MH career. And I can honestly say, someday I will retire from here! My leadership is AMAZING, I am ALWAYS able to separate work and home!

Cons

AWFUL pay structure. Seriously Vin, you really need to consider paying employees more fairly as compared to market!
