Pros

Great customers, fun coworkers. Profit sharing bonus and retroactive pay. Paid vacations. Executive team is really involved.

Cons

Could be more promotions but only happens when a spot opens up and no-one wants to leave the bank.

Pros

Great culture, loved my managers and coworkers.

Cons

Executive level doesn't know that people make mistakes. They don't care about their employees or what they are going through like they say they do.
